Sloth's Territory
These terms cover a visit to our wildlife refuge in La Fortuna. They sit alongside the refund policy and explain what to expect on the day of your tour.
What you are agreeing to
- Tours are guided visits in our refuge. Groups are limited to 10 people, and most tours last between 1.5 and 2 hours.
- Children ages 5 to 11 pay the child rate. Infants ages 0 to 4 enter free with a paying adult. The 3:50 pm departure can cost more and may require at least 2 guests. The price shown for the time you select is the price that applies.
- Please arrive on time. Tours run daily from 6:00am to 5:30pm. Stay on the trail, follow your guide, and do not touch or feed the animals.
- Cancellations follow our refund policy: a full refund with 7 or more days' notice, 50% between 6 days and 48 hours, and no refund with less than 48 hours' notice.
